Principal agents Kristen McArdle and Brendan McArdle joined the family business that their father, Mark McArdle, started. Mark began his career with Erie Insurance as a claims adjuster in 1978. He started The McArdle Agency in 1987. In addition to Kristen, Brendan and Mark, the agency’s staff brings many years of experience. Pam Peters has 30+ years of insurance experience and is the agency’s commercial lines expert. Toni Divver has over a decade of experience and manages personal lines. Daniel Bryant joined the McArdle Team in 2018 after working in the industry with other carriers. All of this experience allows the team to expertly serve their 5,000+ customers.

“Our agency provides professional advice and we treat others how we would want to be treated,” Kristen explains. The staff constantly strives to provide the best customer service in the industry and is active in the community. The agency is a past winner of the Erie Insurance Giving Network Award. Kristen served as the chair of the Howard County Walk to End Alzheimer’s and actively supports the John Hopkins Ride to Conquer Cancer. She is also ERIE’s Marketing Task Force chairperson. Mark and Brendan volunteer in the local community through church events and business leader groups.
